Questions

Fiber, answered.

Can’t find your answer? Ask our team.

What is dedicated internet access (DIA)?

Dedicated internet access is a fiber connection reserved for your business alone. Unlike shared broadband, the bandwidth isn’t shared with other customers, speeds are symmetrical, and performance is backed by an uptime SLA.

What’s the difference between an Ethernet private line and dark fiber?

An Ethernet private line is a managed service: we run the equipment and you buy a set capacity between sites. Dark fiber is the physical fiber itself; you connect your own equipment and can run as much capacity as it supports.

Do you offer IP transit with full BGP routes?

Yes. IP transit is delivered with full or default BGP routes, multiple upstream providers and diverse subsea paths, from 10G to 400G, with burstable billing.

Can we buy wholesale capacity or dark fiber on your routes?

Yes. We sell wavelengths from 10G to 400G, private lines, and dark fiber on long-term IRU or lease, on metro and long-haul routes.

Can you connect our sites in other countries?

Yes. We connect multi-country networks using Ethernet services, IP VPN and SD-WAN over our network and partner capacity, managed as one service under one contract.

How long does installation take?

After a site survey, most on-net sites go live within 10–15 working days. Sites that need new construction take longer; your proposal includes a firm timeline.

Do you offer an uptime SLA?

Yes. Dedicated internet and private line services include an uptime SLA of up to 99.99%, with service credits if we miss it. Dark fiber includes a physical-layer SLA.

What happens if a link goes down?

Our network operations centre monitors every link around the clock and responds to faults within 4 hours. For critical sites, add diverse routing or Extel backup broadband for automatic failover.
